Be Still…I AM God!

There are times in my life when I find myself worrying about everything. How are the bills going to get paid? Is my marriage going to keep going? Does my husband still love me?

These are thoughts that are going through the head of every woman. Women Worry. Sometimes it seems as though our entire life is to worry about things going on in our lives and the lives of those we love. ‘These are the times I am reminded to stop and take in all that God has done for my life. How He has blessed me with a supportive family. How He has brought love into my life. With all the business of life, I am constantly reminded that I need to slow down and put God first in everything. Psalm 46:10 always comes into my mind when I need to slow down and be still.

Finding Stillness in Psalm 46:10

“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” – Psalm 46:10

Psalm 46:10 is a powerful verse in the Bible that calls us to pause, be still, and acknowledge the sovereignty of God. In our fast-paced world, this verse serves as a reminder to slow down and recognize the divine presence in our lives.
